About me

I started this blog in 2011 in the attempt to track my pininos, my essays, disasters, and successes in the pastry world.

I love baking, it relaxes me, it makes me happy - well actually it makes me happy how delicious my house smells :), and it tastes most of the time, good or even delicious.

I try to bake as much as I possibly can in the time I have left in between taking care of my daughter and a demanding full time job.

So , you' will probably see me posting once a month , and then nothing for several months...  I still need to learn how to balance life and work. It's work in progress.

In the mean time... don't give up on me.
